Wendy's

We ordered three meals and the first thing I noticed was how hot and fresh the fries were. Wendy's recently updated their fries and the efforts paid off. The real problem was with the burgers. The meat was not hot; it was lukewarm at best. Therefore, the cheese was not completely melted on 2 of our sandwiches. The employees did a fair job. If I had the choice, is eat here once more for a full, fair evaluation but upon first glance, I was not impressed. 3 stars for the fries alone. The rest was a throwaway.

Stop through to grab a 4 for 4 only to find out that it was 4 for $6 now at this restaurant. I don't know what you're smoking but you're pretty darn high if you think people are gonna pay $6 for this garbage food. It's already bad enough that you shrunk the sizes of the servings and change to an even worse tasting fry. It's not even like you guys were faster or anything. Your drive-through was absurdly slow. If you're any indication of where this restaurant chain is heading I will never eat another Wendy's again. Talk about self sabotage

Very expensive; bought 2 sandwiches and a small fry = $15. One of which was the fish sandwich, which looked great in the picture. The reality was completely different; lettuce was very limp, and fish patty very small = was able to take 5 bites before encountering the fish, tasted bad too. Also, took a very long time to get it.

I was handed the wrong order so I went back through and handed it back. My second time around after handing it back they literally gave me the same sandwich I handed to them. So once again I went back through and they never asked if I would like a refund or meal on the house. I finally just asked for my money back.

The quality of food, the speed you get it & the customer service you receive at most restaurants has suffered lately thanks to labor shortages, supply chain issues, & COVID. So the fact that we had to sit for a few minutes longer than usual (it only took us about 7 minutes) and it was right before they closed was completely worth it when we got our food! Our burgers with special requests were made just as we asked & we're hot & fresh (you can tell when burgers aren't fresh), the drinks had the right amount of ice, little man's nuggets where very warm but not so hot he got burned & the fries.... The most important part of the meal... They were HOT!!! Like fresh out the fryer, don't burn your tongue hot!! And they salted them! And not some little, weak, half a dash, barely noticeable kind of salt job that's become the normal! These fries were SALTED... & delicious!! They remembered our dipping sauces, napkins, straws, everything! And customer service?? Well considering it was 10 minutes to close & they suddenly had a line 6 cars deep...that kid must be crazy because he was smiling & laughing the entire time!! This Wendy's rocked it! And give that crazy drive-thru kid a raise! Thanks to the late night crew for getting us a good meal during rough times!!
