7-eleven

Pretty good 7 eleven. Good selection of drinks, snacks, and especially prepared food. Great when you need to get something to eat in a hurry. Restroom could use some cleaning. The girls working there are sweet and friendly. Gas is a little on the pricey side, as you might expect since it is not far from the expressway. Overall good convenience store.

I am very displeased with the clerk at this 7-11 yesterday on 1/23/17. My son who is 12 (his birthday was that day) went in to get a snack for himself and paid with a 20 dollar bill, which was his own birthday money. And when he got back in the vehicle he gave the change to his mother because he didn't want to loose any of it. When his mom asked him what he spent 7 dollars on he said nothing I only spent 2. So he went back into the store to look and see if he had dropped it and did not find any so asked the female clerk working behind the counter around 2:30-3:00p if she had given him all of his change back, of course she said she had. So he came back out to the vehicle and told his mom. Mom then said to have him go back in and have the young lady come out and talk to her as my wife had two little ones in the vehicle and could not leave. The clerk which I commend for actually coming out to talk to my wife said she gave him all his change and he must have dropped it in the 20 feet he went between the cash register and the vehicle. She explained to my wife she counted out his change in order 10, 5, 1,1,1. My wife explained to her she understood but how if they were given to him in that order did he only loose the 5 dollar bill. The clerk said there was nothing she could do. My wife gave her a phone number and asked that if she could get a call at the end of her shift if her drawer was over because it was our sons birthday money and 5 dollars is a lot to 12 year old boy. The clerk took her name and number and left. I feel if there is ever a discrepancy like this that cash register should have been pulled and counted right then and there. I'm not trying to say this clerk stole 5 dollars from my boy but it sure does look suspicious. I just want to right this post so that anyone who reads this and visits this store counts their change back because if this is a case of change fraud how many other people has this clerk done this too? Just be aware that people do this all the time because we all lead busy lives and don't always count our own change we just trust that the person behind the counter is a trust worthy person. My family and I WILL NEVER return to this store.

Me and my friend came in and bought two ice creams (didn’t check the dates bc most of the time they aren’t expired) so we opened them outside and they were really messed up we checked the dates and they were more than a year expired we went in to tell the lady who was at the cashier and she gave us an attitude asking what she wants us to do about it than the other lady told us to just get new ones and the same kind were expired and most of the other kinds were expired to. some didn’t have any dates and we didn’t wanna risk it. Never coming to this 7 eleven again.
