Subway

Consistently have bad experience with customer service at this location, there are two people in specific one being an old lady and the other being 20 year old girl with black hair, they’re constantly giving attitude whether business is fast or slow and I have also seen them yell at their own co-workers. Today I ordered online and my sandwich was wrong, I simply asked to toast my sandwich and add cheese and they took my sandwich threw it away and said they would not remake it, I then asked for a refund and was told they would not be given a refund because they made the sandwich wrong although I had showed them the ticket with my order and showed them my sandwich, in this same situation might I add I saw the old lady working their give horrible attitude to a mother getting a simple ham sandwich for her attitude, raising her voice and being aggressive.

Terrible customer service, almost every employee at this location has some serious attitude. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but since they would not take a current up to date coupon, I felt the need to ask for the manager and they ignored me and stated that the manager was not there. Then I asked for their name and they just pointed to their cap telling me that I should read their name tag while proceeding to move away from me. I asked for their name again and got a mumbled whispered response and could barely hear what they said. I believe the name of this subway employee was Marcel or Marccel. Will not be coming back until major revisions to the staff are met.

Horrible customer service tonight. Was very disappointed and this was my favorite subway. Went in to feed myself and my children after swimming, was told there was a 10 minute was after the 2 employees finished with a customer ahead of us. The female was not only rude about it but still did not help us. Ron the male took our order and prepared our sandwhiches. I decided not to eat. Disgusted by the way we were treated. I will never eat there again. Honestly the one star isnt deserved.

I think y'all need to check your food or meats or something because yesterday me and my boyfriend went to grab sandwiches and I woke up last night with food poisoning and he woke up this morning with the same thing. And y'all's food is all we ate yesterday. So please check and make sure your foods are safe to eat.

Worse service i ever experienced the staff was rude and rushed us out we did not purchase food because how terrible she was she yelled at us that we wasted her time in front of other guests when i tried to order she was very pushy and stated she was to busy to provide great service will never return to this location and i will be telling everybody i k ow to stay clear
