Appalling behaviour from one of your staff members today. Observed as a customer was snapped at for making simple requests to consider dietary needs. Surprised your eyeballs didn't fall out of your head in your gestures of annoyance and disrespect you show your customer, poor you. If you can't handle it get a new job.

OMG how have I walked past this place for so long and not indulged?!
I feel like I have been missing out. This place is amazing. The staff are friendly and actually have a conversation with you about your day.
The food is fresh, healthy and delicious.
They take your name for your order so it is personalised and the coffee is divine.

$20 for a regular açaí choc treat. A complete ripoff. Apparently $16.90 plus public holiday 10% surcharge comes to $20. Food is ok, I wouldn’t froth on about it.

15 Min+ wait for a small smoothie. I'd consider looking at your menu or processes to see if there can be any efficiency gain. Otherwise, putting on more staff as that wait was ridiculous for a drink. The drink itself was OK, room temperature. Would have been nicer if it was ice-cold.

Wanted to try açai brothers to see what it was like but will most likely not be returning. I ordered an original açai bowl but instead received one which tasted like it had lemon essential oil in it. I went back to get the bowl that I had ordered, which they kindly made for me with no trouble but the fruit on it was still quite sour and a bit old. Overall the staff were very nice but the service was quite slow and for what you pay I personally don't think its worth it.

Acai Bros is my #1 when it comes to acai bowls, for flavour and quality and would usually receive a 5 star review. Today however after having to change my order due to being out of stock on several ingredients, I waited a particularly long time given how quiet it was and then received a bowl that wasn't even half full of acai with pineapple that was so green it had no flavour. A little disappointed with the service today. Hopefully they will be back to their usual standard next time.
