Sensational, just sensational!! It was busy as, but we still got through really quick, monster order, with a "Karen Latte"😄 it was perfect. The Lemon Blueberry Ripple is probably the best sponge I've ever had. You guys rock ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've just been into costa and the two lads in charge of serving and making the drinks were super friendly, helpful and fast with getting peoples orders taken and distributed. I will definitely be going back.

Just had a tea and sarnie at this location. Spent about 30mins there. Drinks, food and atmosphere all as to expected.
I was served by Tom. His customer service, attitude and enthusiasm are excellent. Hopefully Costa are aware of just how far his performance exceeds the vast majority of his colleagues in any other branch I’ve visited.

Popped in today and made our order, realised very quickly after one bite had had bitten into the non vegan option. Tom very quickly took it and make me a new sandwich. I have to say this was totally my mistake. Tom was concerned and sort it for me quickly when he didn’t have to. Thank you x

Tom deserves a pay rise. What an absolute credit to the team. He was efficient, polite, helpful (and apologetic that my choice wasn’t available but provided a credible alternative), served multiple customers at once and at one point was washing up, while making my order AND fanning himself down as it was so hot! 🙌🙌🙌

First class service ! Came early in the morning to take my coffee and to woke up, while was putting my cup on the table, dropped it 🙈 in a minute I had a new one, everything was cleared and I was asked 1000 times am I okay , not burned myself ? Thank you guys ,you are number one for me now!!
