DD Please train your employees who work weekends at night to be professional and respectful when they receive a guest. It takes a little training to get them there. Otherwise, you lose a lot of money and customers by accepting less than proficiency.

I like DD and almost have no issue with it but all that I am going to say is that today I was served cold old hash brown I was in a hurry and when I get to eat them in 5 minutes they were like rocks and not even hot. I was very disappointing and not happy. Please DD in Central Sq. have your new employees well trained for when they are serving people food that they do it correctly. No one wants to eat cold old hash brown or hash brown that probably was there for a long time.Thanks.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet. There is one very rude person that works there and never gets the coffee right. I work nearby and all of my coworkers have had similar situations with this person. We’ve been called manipulative and rude by this person that works there even when we politely ask for our coffee to be remade when she makes a mistake on it. One time this person asked me If I was going to die if I drank the coffee the way she made it. Of course I was not going to die but it was not what I ordered and when I’m paying for a coffee I would like to get what I paid for. I never write reviews. Even after I dealt with this situation personally I wasn’t going to write one but now that my coworkers have also been victims of this I felt like it was time to speak up. The owner is nowhere to be found and he or she lets their employees get away with murder. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend visiting this Dunkin'. The service as a whole is inconsistent. One day the line will be out the door, and the next day it may appear reasonable, only to expand to the door again. One day you may get what you ordered, albeit after waiting a while; the next day you may get someone else's order, or the wrong order. One day the cash registers may be working just fine, and the next day one is out of commission. Some of the employees are as nice as can be, and certainly try their best with what they have. But it appears that they don't have the leadership and training they need to give consistent decent service. I also understand that machines break once in a while, but they shouldn't break often. I understand that running a business is tricky. But the type of bad service I described above can be minimized, at the very least, with decent management. So, what prompted me too write this review in the first place? Today I visited with plenty of time to spare. I put in my order. I paid. I tried waiting patiently for my order despite the printing machine not working, despite getting someone else's order initially, and despite my friend getting her order first even though she ordered after me. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wake-up wrap and 1 order of hash browns. No drink. My friend ordered a drink and a breakfast sandwich. Because I knew I was already going to be late for work, I left without getting what I paid for. This Dunkin' has lost my business indefinitely. I have given them more than enough of my money, patience, and understanding. If you would still like to visit this Dunkin', my word of advice is to get there with more than half an hour to spare and to always get a receipt in case you get the wrong order, or never get your order at all. As for me, I'm simply done with this place.

Worst experience today. Ordered coffee with cream on the side. Was given cream in a cup that smelled bad. Asked and employee to redo my order and was told no and that I must pay for another. Asked for management and to no avail. Saddest part was that the employee knew she could do as she pleased with no warning. She knew she would still have a job in which she could get paid to treat valued loyal customers like trash. She knew she could speak in her native tongue and laugh at a paying customer and not have to apologize. She knew she could possibly get someone sick with spoiled creamer but would rather not be bothered to change it again because she would not be reprimanded. With this location smack dab in the beautiful heart of Central Sq. Cambridge my little complaint would get lost in the shuffle because it makes enough money to lose a meaningless unimportant customer who honestly cared more about the next person who might get seriously ill from bad creamer. And lastly what is more disturbing is all the others-staff and customers that knew she was wrong in her treatment of me and said nothing. I get it we just want our coffee made right, who cares about the next person in line. But at what point do we let these people know that this behaviour is not OK? A loyal customer, a lover of Dunks through and through but don't complain because you'll be laughed at in a language you have no clue how to translate and humiliated. Oh I called corporate and was on hold for ¹5mins or so and spoke to a nice girl named Samantha. I was told the store owner has to get back to me within 2 business days.

I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews for fast food places unless they're particularly disappointing or exceed expectations. This Dunkin Donuts, unfortunately, does not meet expectations. The donut selection is small, the donuts are often stale, and the workers are slow and not particularly welcoming. Also unfortunately, I live down the street, so I often have to come for coffee.

This Dunkin is located in a convenient, albeit sketchy location. It is right off the Red Line Central Square station. Starbucks is right across the street. The staff here usually are slow and sometimes there are high wait times due to staff not understanding the customer. The place appears a bit dirty and unkempt.

If there’s one reason why I go to Dunkin, it’s because I expect consistency and speed. This Dunkin fails in both aspects, ironically with impeccable consistency. When the machines are actually working and the servers actually care (both of which are increasingly unlikely scenarios), it takes ages to get even a small coffee. When you get that small coffee, it is either made incorrectly or tastes awful. This Dunkin fails spectacularly. Poor service, broken machines, awful serving time. The list goes on. Find another Dunkin. I assure you this one isn’t good.
