Ordered a salad for lunch! They always have fresh and tasty ingredients and the price is good. I also like how you can customize your bowl. Plenty of vegan options!

This happened several times now. No chicken in my chicken pesto parm bowl, no avocado in my guacamole greens salad. Please teach your employees the recipes to your set menu so bowls with "chicken" or "guacamole" in the title are not missing key ingredients.
The food isn't bad; it's just missing.

Often missing ingredients, incredibly small portions for delivery and to-go. I don't usually have a problem when I order in person, but when I place online orders or have it to-go, the portions are about half of what I would get in-person, and I often get missing ingredients.

I stopped for a salad , location near my office ( guacamole green) the guy gave me a small portion and barely my plate was full. I always come to this location and it’s sad to see that! I tried to tell him that I do not want mix green and instead add lettuce but he didn’t add enough! I told home twice but he was arguing that he already add extra portion which he didn’t!!

Amazing service and amazing food. So many options and toppings for everyone. Price was a bit steep but you get a quality product. Hope all locations are this good. Should be a nationwide chain as it’s what chipotle should strive to be.

I probably go to this location 3 or 4 times a week. If you do a build your own salad, you can get an affordable, healthy lunch that is surprisingly filling. The spicy cashew dressing is incredibly and keeps me coming back here time and time again. My one complaint would be the consistency at which the salads are made. Sometime I get a robust salad that fills me up entirely, but sometimes the salad is so skimpily made that I find myself needing a second lunch.

Very nice place for lunch. Prices are reasonable for a restaurant in Harvard square. Portion sizes are big. Nice seating area. One time I was on a date and we were picking up food from here. When the staff noticed, they just offered it on the house! So it’s a really nice place.
