I used one of the machines to place my order, and the receipt with my order number wasn't working, so I had no idea when my order would be called. I asked a member of staff(Raven) who was cleaning at the time for help . He asked what I had ordered and then went to the kitchen and printed my receipt and order number from there. Brilliant, helpful member of staff 👏 👍 😀. The food was great, and the counter staff remembered to check all that I would need with my order. Hasbro Happy Meal toy is very cute.
Great place to get something to eat on the go, as it's situated right in the centre of town near the bus station. So you can get a bite to eat while you wait for the bus.
Speedy service as you just order what you want on the screens that they have in store and pay by card, you get an order no and then wait for your number to be called by the staff at the counter and then collect it from there. I expect they do a table service if you are eating in.
It was very quick turnaround time and I didn't have to wait long.
It was very reasonable priced for what you get, too as always and it is always good quality food, cooked well and tasty.

Canterbury has been a human settlement since Paleolithic times and served as the capital of the Celtic Cantiaci and Jute Kingdom of Kent. Many historical structures fill the area, including a city wall founded in Roman times and rebuilt in the 14th century, the ruins of St Augustine's Abbey, the Norman Canterbury Castle, and the oldest extant school in the world, the King's School. After all that history, why not grab a burger and fries!
I liked this McDonald's restaurant more than the others because my Vegetable Deluxe had extra lettuce. :))
Other than that its just the same old McDonald's restaurant. You go in, put your order in the giant tablet, get the receipt and wait for your order to be ready collect find a seat and eat.
Speaking of seats, there are plenty here, I visited during lunch time and there were plenty of seats available for everybody.
The staff is friendly and the restaurant looks clean. I would recommend this place.

Took a bit of time to get my order ( because of all the fast food orders on just eat....wish I could just walk in and always be second to orders over the phone or just eat/ fast food
Located at the city centre, it's just a minute walk from the bus station. Service is good and atmosphere is lovely.
It was really clean and nice restaurant, but when we receive my Coca-Cola drink and asked why is for the half and don't full. The staff only said coz didn't have ice cube 🤣 I
Hot chips not soggy and cold ,great service whats not to like
