The Lady Luck

The Lady Luck is a rock n’ roll bar in the heart of Canterbury. Relax during the day and enjoy a meal with a wide range of craft beer, real ale and ciders. They have a secluded courtyard garden and seating outside the front of the pub for sunny days. Visit them in the evenings for social drinks and a friendly atmosphere. Dog friendly inside and out! They welcome well behaved dogs and under 18’s until 8pm. They often host music events that are performed by acts from around the county and far beyond. If you love loud, rock, metal or any other genre linked then you won't come away disappointed.

Only ever been here for drinks. The staff are always lovely and friendly. I remember a time when there was a drunk customer on their own, and a stranger was trying to encourage them to buy drinks for his whole group, had alot of respect for the staff who refused to let the customer be taken advantage of by someone who was just using them to get free drinks. Made it feel like a safe place to go for drinks where the staff will look out for you.

Lady Luck isn't just a Canterbury staple and historic hot-spot. It's a unique pub with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, superb food including plant-based options, and an events schedule that gives just enough atmosphere. I highly recommend trying any of their specials - their chef does great work, and the owner gets their elbows in behind the bar in a way which leaves everyone feeling welcome. Definitely give this pub a go.

Lady Luck located in Canterbury town is a nice bar to enjoy a glass of chilled beer or some wine! We tried their mulled wine with rum shot and it turned out to be really good. Their garlic bread was also crunchy and delicious. Orders needs to be placed at the bar and the food or drink would be then served at your table. Recommended 👍🏻
