Great authentic Austrian cafe upstairs in the deli, light snacks, cakes & meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Don't miss it the stairs & signage are not immediately inviting. You will find it in the Royal Arcade a short walk from Cardiff Central & bus station. Lovely to eat in a real continental cafe in Wales

I lived in Cardiff for years and didn't realise there was a cafe upstairs. So glad we went up for a bite to eat because it was amazing. Real traditional German Austrian food, the currywurst sauce is absolutely perfect. Can't wait to go back. New favourite Cardiff deli lunch

Love Wallys, was in last week in November on a Friday morning. Got there for 11 as they dont do reservatoins, wasnt busy. Got a table in the cafe, had two lovely espressos with whipped cream followed by the hot dog. And finally black forest …

Excellent on all counts: Food, Service, Atmosphere and Prices. The House Salad is more than enough on its own. There are quite a number of Small / Independent Coffee Houses & Eateries in Cardiff City Centre, But this is One of the Best and as someone has already stated 'A Hidden Gem". Recommended without hesitation.
