Me and my husband went there for my birthday lunch. The westher wasn't to great hence it was very quite down the bay.
Our server was Callum very nice person. Immediately came to receive us and sat us on the table we want to sit.
He arrived promptly to take our orders. The menu did looked very interesting. There were quite a few items which were new. We ordered a drink and our mains. I wanted to ordered Pescada Blanco bobo but unfortunately it wasn't available that time, as they just had delivery and couldn't be prepared. Hence I went for Bahian Coconut chicken it was really delicious and filling. My husband went for the same. We ordered for drinks Coconut cooler
We had a fantastic experience in Las Iguanas. We went for the bottomless brunch and upgraded to main meals. The food was great and came out promptly. The service was great from Lynette who had our cocktails constantly coming to the table without us even having ask as we wanted to make our way through the list. Lynette was so friendly and made our experience even better than we could of expected. We will definitely be back!
Amazing lunch, on a Friday afternoon. Very good vegan options and so tasty. My other half had the non-veggie option of the same dishes and was very pleased. Cocktails were nice too, with the plus of being 2 for the price of one 👌😊 Staff very nice and friendly.
I often go to Las Iguanas to have dinners with my partner or with my friends. I love the food, the staf and the music as well as the decoration. The cocktails are incredible😂 I also love the fact that I can find this restaurant in other cities like in Leeds or in London, not just in Cardiff, so it's GREAT❤️💯👌
We had yet another memorable night at Las at the Bay.
Sunday 27th we had the pleasure of meeting Samantha and her team. She was welcoming and accommodating. In fact, she went above and beyond. The service from her and the team was second to none. We highly recommend this branch and want to thank Samantha for making our night.
Good food, lovely service and usually a lovely atmosphere, it was very quiet as it was 2pm on a Wednesday.
It's very expensive now compared to other places, no afternoon deals!
Also, the house red is only 10.5% and is an overpriced plonk!
It's a shame as I used to love it here!
Had a lovely meal here on Friday night. First time visiting for me, and I definitely enjoyed it. Food was delicious, and cocktails were excellent (they were dangerously easy to drink!). Food allergy menu was a little confusing between website filters that aren't clear, and a pdf that doesn't cover all of the dishes. However, staff were very helpful and made ordering safely very easy. Definitely would recommend!
We especially love coming to this restaurant down the bay. The staff are lovely & have always made us feel welcome. The manager Kasia is so friendly full of banter & she’ll always recommend a new cocktail for us to try.
My wife dragged me in - (I don’t do chain restaurants) for l light lunch before the cinema. To be concise the food as delightful but my wife’s mocktail was far too sharp and I was surprised to be served a small can of beer not a pint. We complains ( nicely) the staff reaction was fantastic, the drinks were replaced speedily and as we were on a schedule our food was brought quickly. There appeared to be no way to add a tip to the bill so I offered a tip to the manager, she refused as did our server. Lovely people, great service great food- I wish them well and will return. Thank you so much - a restaurant far better then many competitors - hopefully the rest of the chain is the same.
Amazing brunch with the perfect view of the bay! Abby was such a doll, she perfectly tailored a lush brunch experience. Izzie made the most amazing cocktails (PS try them all on a bottomless). Fraser simply the best 🫶
