Breakfast jam is in a dispenser and is awful. I appreciate plastic free but something like Wilkin and Sons Tiptree jam is glass and metal so fully recyclable.

We stayed at Novotel and the restaurant was awesome. Loved the staff.. specially Sabina and Lit and Catia. Kids love them and wanna visit them next year..

We had a decent dinner here, the friendly waiter greeted us on our way in (we were the only ones there at first) and ordered quickly. The food came out fast and we enjoyed drinks and watching some sports on the big screen TV. Kids ate pizza, husband at a burger and I had a steak salad (gluten free). All very average, hotel style food, not much to report on that end. The hotel breakfast buffet is in the same space. Kid friendly and fast. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive.

Amazing food and the people were so lovely! The price is a bit high but to be honest the food quality was amazing and so was the service for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

What a find ! Customer service goes a long way and this is the reason we have come back for the 2nd night of our stay here in Cardiff . Highly recommend and great value for money. 5* to Anthony , friendly and remembered us from our previous night dining here . 😌😌

First of all great food, yes abit pricey but the steak was amazing you would have paid more at Miller and Carter. Point number 2 the barman Anthony, what a guy! Great company, lovey bloke and Made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be coming back here. Live music on Thursday night which was also great. Can't complain about our meal and drink in this venue. Thanks again all!

We found this little gem around the corner from where we were staying in Cardiff & what a little find it was! The staff were so welcoming & we had the loveliest guy wait on us. He was so chatty, helpful & friendly! The food was delicious & I devoured every bit of it!
Such a cosy atmosphere & really cool vibe & decor. We were delighted with this find & would love to visit again when we're back in Cardiff.
