Food was great and the service was outstanding. The servers name is Chae. Amazing service from start to finish, really made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much. Great asset to TGI Fridays. We will most certainly be returning. Thanks to TGI Fridays, especially Chae.

The food was on time, hot and very good.
Still the best place to eat in this area. Forget going to the city centre. Beth our service person was amazing she can run the restaurant with a smile and is so efficiently.

Very speedy service especially with the Bottomless Sesame chicken and even Gareth gave a us a goody bag to take home too !

We have been coming to TGI'S for years, usually our go to place for large birthday meals. Always a fab atmosphere! Came for a last minute meal with our daughter as an Easter treat, was very easy to book and was seated as soon as we arrived by the lovely host Kacie. Shannon G was our waitress, and she was lovely! Very happy and pleasant to our daughter, made her experience very nice. Checked on us multiple times and went out of her way to make sure the meal changes were all served correct. Very pleasant day out and would recommend to anyone with children for a family friendly

Booked last minute and was able to get a table very easily even though it was very busy. We were greeted very quickly by the lovely host and seated. The waitress, Kacie took our orders very quickly and was very pleasant. She chatted with our daughter and made her feel very welcome and made her giggle. Food arrived in just 10 minutes and Kacie checked in to make sure the changes were right. Very positive experience.

Decided to come down with the family see what the hype’s about and in all fairness it didn’t disappoint. Kids were happy , they had balloon dogs made for them by the lovely girl on the door and the kids eat free offer is amazing. Portion sizes are good for the price and food was delicious , our waitress Nia was very chatty and recommended some good food and cocktail options , can’t fault her she was brilliant through our whole meal👏

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat after climbing, very easy to book a table online and change the time if required. The food was decent, but expensive for what it was (the chicken & chips I had was £19.50 + £4.30 for a Fanta). The staff were friendly and took a lot of care with my friend as she’s lactose intolerant.
