Beautiful place, wonderful staff. They’re volunteers which makes their efforts even more incredible. I definitely feel at home when I come here. What’s great is that it’s right next to so many student lived streets so it’s very accessible. Being where it is means it’s also very quiet outside (when compared to places like crwys road, Albany, etc).
The prices are very affordable and it’s honestly a hidden gem in Cathays. I hardly ever write reviews but for a place as special as this, I just felt obliged.

Came in here after having spotted it on Google.
Got to say, the quirkiness and calming environment is something you feel the moment you walk in, as well as the super friendly staff that make you feel right at home.
Soup was delish, and they have a great variety of cakes and treats on display.
Even has nooks with fireplaces warming the areas, which is a massive bonus.
Will definitely come back to this cozy haven!

Warm and friendly atmosphere, delicious food, cakes and hot drinks, and overall a great value little cafe 💗 I would highly recommend this to all. The staff are fantastic, decor inviting and the fire was truly wonderful.
