Perfect place to try any Moroccan dish , can't fault it as I've been in the catering business for many years and I can tell you it's worth to celebrate a special occasion in this restaurant

We had a takeaway from Casablanca recently and it was lovely food, just outstanding. There’s plenty of vegetarian choices on the menu and generous portion sizes. We’ll most definitely be back for more and I can happily recommend Casablanca to others.

Being a fussy eater I was apprehensive to try. My partner had me trying everything on the menu and now I can’t stop! The best food I have ever eaten. I have tried everything and it’s all 10/10. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re like me and nervous to try new cuisines or new restaurants please take it from me and just give it a go. You will not regret it. You Zak and Kadija Top Chefs!

Visiting Cardiff from London and came across this hidden gem, situated in City Road, attracted by it's tagine on the menu and once we walked on, the ambience, morrocan songs playing, with the smell of fresh warm bread, and morrocan tea! Oh was I glad we dined here, from the beginning to end Sana was extremely helpful and helped navigate the menu for my friend a fussy eater. But even she was satisfied! Everything is homemade and yes the tagine was flavoursome, soft and the sauce was divine, as well with its vibrant natural colours, no aesthetics needed here, I indulged mopping up all the sauces with the warm bread! Oh my I did not have space to consume anymore food but couldn't leave without having their morrocan tea.. infused with fresh leaves, and mint..I dont do tea bags and the tea really was the creme de la creme!! I definetly will be going again soon, forgetting the normal eateries in the city!

This lovely restaurant exceeded way beyond expectations as it's hard to find authentic North African food. We ordered hummus, harira, chicken olive tagine and the lamb couscous dish. Every single dish was a 10/10, and even the bread served with the dishes was authentic North African style bread. The portions were very generous and we had plenty leftover to take home. I will definitely be a regular here.

I tried the lamb tagine, very delicious. The lamb is nicely cooked. The staff is very nice and friendly. Good atmosphere. It's a little bit more expensive than other restaurants on City Road. But the food is quite good. It's worth a visit.

Popped in for lunch today - first time, but hopefully not the last. Well received by polite friendly staff, and loved the decor and ambience. The food was excellent: as a vegan I had Fools Medames and Falafel with Tahini dip, which were delicious, and my mother enjoyed her Chicken Briwat. The Moroccan Mint Tea was lovely too. All in all, highly recommendable.
