Really tasty burgers and fries. But it is overpriced for what it is. Their marketing presents that these are the best burgers you'll ever taste. It falls short of that, but they are very tasty

The best experience I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. I was served by Gabriel B. who was extremely helpful in my food choices as I had never tried Five Guys before. Food was great and worth the price. 100% will be visiting again.

Great service and tasty food. The fries are amazing, also the milkshake. The only downside was that I ordered mushrooms on my burger, the boy repeated the order and reconfirmed the mushrooms and at the end I had fresh onion instead of grilled mushrooms..

My autistic son loves going out to eat! We went to 5 guys for the first time Friday afternoon. The man who served us was absolutely lovely! He noticed my sons ear defenders and asked if we wanted the music turned down for him. I had to go back to the counter to ask for a straw for my son. the young lady who was clearly busy dropped eveything she was doing and asked how she could help. Ive worked in the food industry for over a decade and ill take notes from your staff :) The customer service was amazing! We'll be back!! Thank you guys 💕

Burger was fantastic but not cheap, the Staff were efficient and friendly, clean and tidy, perhaps a, "lot!" less salt on the Fries and my word, is the place clinical! that's why I only gave 2 stars for atmosphere, but I suppose I have to admit it's only a Burger Bar at the end of the day, MacDonalds/Burger King etc take note!

I didn't think I liked burgers, but these were amazing! I won't eat a burger from anywhere else ever again!
Wish you had more options to sit down, there are 7 of us in the family and Mum won't want to go up on a breakfast bar stool.

KILLER milkshakes. I put everything in and it was the most beautiful experience. I had the burger too (pic not included) and the bacon was crispy inside. You get to put as much toppings as you want for free! More on the pricey side but can't complain. The milkshake is to die for. Was my first time trying but will definitely try again.

This Five Guys is situated in the old Frankie and Benny's site on Newport Road. It has ample free parking. Standard Five Guys, but the service and food was good. Clean and tidy.
