The decor makes it feel warm and inviting, food had fantastic flavors and service was fantastic. Staff worked together to ensure you had what you needed. Did I say the food was great as well? Highly recommend. One of the best meals and service we have had in the area in a while.

Great place to eat. Friendly people and great service. Good place for your friends and family to get together and enjoy real food. At this time they don't offer any buffet. Love this place will positively be back again.

We had our first experience with them yesterday at a wedding they catered. Everything was amazing. The beef brisket, veggies, Mac & cheese, grilled chicken, buns and apple butter. So good that we just visited their restaurant tonight for some more yummy food. The roast turkey was just like Thanksgiving dinner. Amazing and moist and my husband loved the pulled pork. They also have Gluten Free menu options. We don't go to Carlisle much but we will definitely be back for Hickory Ridge!!

Stopped here on our road trip and had a delicious home cooked meal and cold refreshing sweet tea. Waitress was very friendly and the service was impressive. Stopped here again on our way back home and had the fried chicken. By far hands down the best fried chicken I've ever had!. I am not one to be bothered writing reviews but, this chicken was incredible. Same great customer service. We will keep this restaurant in our book of places to stop.

We had to make a stop for lunch on our vacation trip back and decided to have lunch here because it was close and not very busy. Lind of reminded me of a Cracker Barrel but without the big general store.They do have a few items for sale such as jams , jelly, barbeque sauce, candles and a few decor items. Very pleasant and friendly waitress. Cold was served hot. Also there is ice cream and fresh baked pies too! A nice place.

I came to eat away a bad mood, and take home leftovers. I ordered a BBQ sampler and it didn't all fit on one plate. Mission accomplished. The meatloaf is especially good.

I could eat this food for the rest of my life. They catered my moms wedding this past weekend. Everyone loved it. The food is still good, microwaved, 3 days later. I could drown in the Mac and cheese and their garlic chicken has ruined all other garlic chickens for me. Super tender, juicy, and well flavored/seasoned. I can’t imagine having the food fresh in the restaurant. I don’t think I could handle it. 10/10 would recommend. Please send more apple butter.

Oh…my….gosh! Becky…look at those biscuits!! I am a biscuit expert and the biscuits here are truly the best I have ever eaten. All the food was amazing and the best tea I’ve had in ages. Peanut butter pie for dessert was scrumptious. The heck with the chains…do yourself a favor and eat here. Our waitress was so nice. Wish I lived closer to eat here all the time.
