Wow, what a gem this place is. Amazing selection of sweet pies and many savory pies as well. Everything is made with quality ingredients and the crust is outstanding. The owner is friendly and clearly cares about the food that is served.

Great pies! Friendly, happy service. Fantastic prices. I've eaten a lot of pie in my life, and, well, The Pie Haus is the pinnacle of pie. Must go back and try everything they offer - sweet pies, savory pies, tarts, muffins, cookies...you can even get ice cream with your pie. I like pie. I like pie from The Pie Haus. You will like pie from The Pie Haus.

We had quiche and hot chocolate. The quiche was tasty, but the hot chocolate was nothing to write home about. The previous day, someone brought me a muffin from The Pie Haus, which was spectacular. I look forward to continuing to try this place as their menu evolves.

Stopped here for dessert on a recent trip through town, such a cute spot but I didn’t love what I got. I had a mini apple pie, and a brown sugar muffin and it wasn’t great so I’d try something different next time.

Really unique selections and a great concept. Ordered two different sweet pie slices for my fiancee and I to share. Both had amazingly delicious filling and were large slices. The only downside was the crust felt a little undercooked and was tough to cut through with the fork. Still, I wouldn't definitely go again and I'm curious to try some of the savory pies that smelled delicious while we were there.

We were excited to try out the newest restaurant in town and we were not disappointed! We went here for a late supper and were surprised at all the options for a nice size dinner. My wife and I both got pies with a salad for the side. 1 Chicken, Broccoli, and Cheddar pie and 1 Mac and Cheese pie. Both were amazing! We thought the pies we're baked just right with the perfect amount of crisp. I got a coffee as well and thought it was some of the best coffee I had in town. The owners were very friendly as well. So yeah a great place to stop and grab a snack and or make it a full meal.

My wife and I stopped here for some dessert after a recommendation from a friend. We were not disappointed at all! I got the pecan, she got the coconut cream. Two very different yet delicious pies, and both were borderline perfect. We were so impressed that we took a slice of cherry pie home with us for later! We will for sure be returning the next time we are in Carlisle.
