It was fast service even they're pretty busy all the time I've tried this location couple times but never get a chance to review them.yup very fast and friendly staff members. Just order online on-site tables and get what you want very fast.and about food always delicious at Wendy's. Ill definitely stop by again whenever travel carlisle

Quick service. Food was decent, but the french fries were not the greatest as they have been pushing in their commercials. Our nuggets and sandwiches were good. But the french fries were barely warm and hard, giving the impression they were "old". Of course this fact was discovered after I was home and delivered the food to the table. By this time it was too late to bother bringing this news to Wendy's attention or driving back out. Guess next time warrants a sampling of the french fries before I leave the parking lot.

It is very unusual for truck stop restaurants to not at least try to make the orders appealing to the customer. I paid 20$ at a kiosk and was told after there where items missing ;offered replacement that was not equivalent to the out of stock item. All this I let go I just wanted some food. And it’s sad we have to settle for low standards yet all the money is there. Get around to the food the nuggets were not the ones I ordered and the fries were cold. How’s that for the first opportunity to have a meal for the day?!?? Normally, I try another time however this was my second visit and the order was messed up last time as well!

I wanted to change my order to a combo at the window however Erin-who claims to be a manager was rude because they are not supposed to change an order by the window. This is news to me since I’ve done it in many other Wendy’s …even if that’s the case she could simply inform me of the rule without being rude. I don’t know how she became a manager but I would recommend that she doesn’t deal with customers. Her attitude and entitlement is uncalled for. Erin if you hate ur job then quit …maybe go to school and better yourself…just don’t spread your negativity to others.
