Pizza Johns

Last night was the last night I will order from here. Everytime we get food, it seems like something is always off. We've gotten burgers, which have been cooked passed well done, with cheese that somehow ended up dry with burnt onions. We've gotten wings that have barely any sauce, and we're not tossed. Chicken fingers STILL not around the same size. Burnt onions rings, cold food, and always take 1 1/2 to 2 hours to deliver our food when we live right in town. Consistently is always off, you'll never know what you get when you order because it's different every single time.

Pizza Johns is awesome. Their pizza is great and reasonably priced, cheeseburger sub was awesome, it had grilled onions which was excellent, the fries are awesome as well. Ordered a lamb gyro with fries and was more than satisfied, it had ALOT of lamb meat so that was really cool. I honestly can not wait to try more food from there. The staff are really friendly. I hope this pizza shop stays here for good.

Placed an order for two pizzas and some wings online. I received an email that said the order would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. I'm not sure if there was a mix up with the time or what, but when I arrived to pick up my order (about 35 minutes after receiving the email), it was still being made. Took 50 minutes total to get the order. Beyond that, the food was okay. Not the best pizza I've ever had, but not the worst. Same with the wings.

If I could give this plus 100 negative stars I definitely would. This is my first time ever writing a review, but this has literally been the worst experience dealing with this business. I ordered my food for delivery at a local motel down the street, ordered at 5:18pm. Delivery time was set to be between 6:00-6:15pm per the app. I sat there and waited patiently and occasionally checked outside of my room to see if he was lost. Stuck around until 6:33pm and decided to give them a call and check to see if everything was fine, the lady answered and apologized for the wait and told me the delivery was sent out a few minutes ago. Waited around for 15 minutes longer still nothing, decided to research exactly how far Pizza Johns is from my location and discovered it is LESS than 4 miles away. I call them back at 7:03pm (30 minutes after the first time I called) for it to ring for a minute, I could hear them pick the phone back up and immediately hangs up. I called them back 3-4 times for them to repeatedly pick up the phone and hang up. I then give in and decided to drive there which defeats the whole purpose of delivery, to get a refund. As soon as I pull in the parking lot the driver calls me and tells me he has just pulled into the hotel, I told him what was going on and that I was not there and he said he had other deliveries to do that he would leave my purchase at the front desk. I go inside and demand that I wanted a full refund after given the run around for a solid 2 hours straight and had to waste my time to drive here after being hung up on multiple times. The employee immediately refused to give the refund, said there were no managers around, continued to say there was nothing he could do about it. I ask for the owners phone number to call him and let him know what was going on and immediately got some BS story on how he could not give me the phone number because the owner was in the hospital. The unprofessional employee and I have sat there and cussed each other out for a minimum of 15 minutes. This place was not worth my time and effort to get back a refund of 13$ For the whole combo that I did not even receive! I hope this unprofessional business gets shut down ASAP as I hope this does not happen to anybody else.

The pizza was great. We've gotten the "Meatster" and a pepperoni pizza so far. Lots of cheese, lots of flavor in the sauce and crust! My only complaint is the timing. Twice now I've been given a ready time of 15 mins and 25 mins and had to wait an additional 30 mins each time till the pizza was actually ready.

Ordered here multiple times since we just moved to area . Each time they messed up some how. 1st time- no 2 liter. Delivery guy had to go and bring one back. 2nd food was 1.5 hrs late then they said it would be!! 3rd time we wanted honey garlic wings and didn’t get that. Got garlic Parmesan instead. And 4th time food was 45 mins late and no soda once again and dude never came back with it!!! Done ordering here. Both times it was late food was luke warm. Ohhh! And the delivery driver calls you to come to his car! Seriously! Get out of your car and deliver to the door! Why should I have to throw shoes on jacket and grab my infant bundle her up to come out!

Placed order at 530. At 706 called to see where order was. I was told it was on its way and they would call driver and call me back. They never called back. Called at 8 and told them i wanted my money back, i was talking to the delivery driver. They said they never recieved my order but charged mycard. Had to call beyond deliver to get my money back. NEVER AGAIN. Completely ridiculous.
