We ate outside - in October! The sun was very hot and we tried to use the picnic benches with umbrellas but we couldn't find one that wasn't broken so we sat elsewhere. Food was very nice and it was easy to order online and pay online.

Service was good, generally the staff seemed friendly and attentive, atmosphere was OK, the pub and restaurant had a nice feel, huge beer gardens which is great. Pond area and gardens appear a little overgrown which is a shame. Food was a little underwhelming, I had the chicken club sandwhich, which was tiny but tasted nice.

Three of us sat in the bar today and had Chicken and Pancetta pies very tasty. Had a lovely lady called Sandra serving us. She is a very bubbly happy lady. Very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Nice to have such an attentive person serving us. We will be back.
