Absolutely lovely Sunday lunch! Meat cooked beautifully! Our servers were all fantastic, really attentive, kind and polite. Especially Jordan:) We didn’t feel rushed, instead we felt very comfortable and cosy. Thank you!:)

Large party of 10 accommodated without pre-booking. Good choice of food, some Sunday roasts, burgers, salads. Everyone enjoyed their food. Only 1 chef, she did an amazing job, everything came out all at once. Would definitely go back.

Best place for a beer or two. Lots of choices and food is amazing. We were served by Alex and he was the best. He helped us choose beers and served us happily. Cauliflower wings are the best thing to try but generally vegan options look quite good . Surprised to find Kernel Jack on the tap usually available in selected pubs in London. Definitely go again if I happen to visit Cheltenham again.
Visited the Cheltenham branch yesterday as I was waiting for my car to be fixed at the garage. I was able to connect to the wifi and continue working in a comfortable environment. The gentleman that served me was kind, not too pushy and helpful. My only comment was that the air-con was slightly chilly but thats' just being picky!
I've gone into Brewhouse several times when needing to work and they have always been great. Won't be the last time I go.
Very nice beer, loads of choice and friendly staff. A little slow on the drinks orders to table through the app but no biggie. Had a few bits to eat, no complaints with the food. Prices were standard for the area.
We were warmly welcomed and given an accessible table as one of our party is a wheelchair user. The service was excellent - one of us had to leave in 20 minutes and they delivered that person's order more or less straight away! The rest of the party enjoyed their food and drinks and the whole experience was very pleasant indeed and very good value!
I had a cider and the fish and chips. Both were great and satisfied my pub craving! Some of the folks in my group also had the sticky toffee pudding and they all really loved it. They have an extensive gluten free menu, which one of my friends greatly appreciated. Our waiter was super goofy, friendly, and attentive. We were able to drop in on a Tuesday without a booking which was very nice!
A table of 13 of us booked last minute and they accommodated to us very well. We were looked after by Victoria, who was very patient with us. The food was amazing and good vibes. Just a bit pricey but that’s our fault for being students lol slay.
