First time dining here and will definitely be back! The food was delicious… and the cocktails too 👌🏼 Staff were attentive and really friendly, special mention to Jos who served us and was lovely!

Whenever we're on our travels we like to try new places, but we were in Cheltenham centre for 3 nights and we came to Hub Box twice it was so good! Fantastic service, friendly staff, wonderful food (and quick service considering the quality) and all dished up in a really nice atmosphere. We have our 2 kids with us and the little one can be a bit of a picky eater but she didn't hesitate for a second with her food here! Kids meals are great and a far cry from the usual pub grub type kids offerings! Even better, before 5pm on a week day kids eat free (At least during the October half term when we visited). The Chicken Tray was a highlight for both of us, and the Hub burger was also great! Couldn't recommend Hub Box enough!

I've walked past the Hub box a few times while in Cheltenham, it always has a steady stream of people coming and going, so we decided today was the day to go try out the food!
A family of three we are !
Chloe greeted us and straight away sorted us a table and got us comfy, ordering and time taken was fantastic, I think around 10 mins as we ordered quite a bit to share and try and there were a few other families ordering too!
The presentation of the burgers and different fries was exceptional, I've sampled many gourmet burgers and I'll say hands down today was the best I've had !
My son had a kids cheese burger which was so well made I thought it was a main menu burger!
My wife had the Kim yum chick which she said was incredible and cooked perfectly.
Our son loved his burger and skin on fries!
Portions were spot on!
The atmosphere was perfect, music in the back ground perfect volume!
The tables and area were spotless!
Lighting is nice and warm which suits the decor nicely.
Top service from Chloe and all staff in today !
To the chefs outback, keep up the standards absolutely the best meal I've had in a long time!
Our son loved that the chef took a minute to say hi and let our son thank him.
Normally dad makes the best burgers but not today !
We will certainly return and we'll definitely consider this as a venue for future family events and visits.
We purchased quite a bit and the price was less then I expected including a voluntary tip!

First off this place was amazing I never thought the food would be this good. Definitely will be coming back cause the food here is amazing and staff is well aware of all food allergies and how to handle and treat the customers with respect. The name really throws you off at first but the momment you order the food and sit down to enjoy it and the time you place that meal in your mouth you melt away. The burgers me and my partner had fell off and melted in our mouths making us savor and enjoy it. Whenever you get the chance please go by and give this place a chance cause its one of the best burger places ive been too yet. Also ps to the staff and the owner and management team keep up the hard work cause you all are amazing and awsome. This is coming from me whos worked from fast food to catering to having a food handlers license in the united states and was a assistant manager of some restaurants in Texas.

I went there when I was visiting Cheltenham. It's a nice restaurant! They got a nice range of burgers to choose from. The staff was very nice and friendly. I ordered their lunch deal which is basically you can select a burger from there select few mains, a side and a drink, all for £11.50. I ordered their all star with onion rings and a coke. The staff is very friendly and nice. And the ambience was very good as well, it was very cosy but pub-like vibes which I really liked. I would definitely recommend it! They also have a bunch of cocktails and alcoholic drinks to choose from. The cocktails also aren't as expensive as you would find in some restaurants. Most of them ranged around £6-£7. Overall, a nice restaurant.

This was a celebratory dinner for my birthday and this year my partner chose Hub Box. It is a really fresh and newly looking place. We've been greeted nicely and guided to our table by the restaurant host. It was a super fast service from the time we arrived until the time we had our cocktails and food on the table, must have been roughly 5 to 6 minutes. We even thought that is a new record for serving. The staff were friendly. I did enjoy the buttermilk chicken burger and the dirty sweet potatoes fries. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to try any dessert, but I would like to return and see what they have on the menu.

Amazing visit for first time today , the menu appealed too us mainly due too the gf options available for our son. We were not disappointed the food was 5* portions great size , and good value . The table service was perfect not too intrusive just enough, Will definitely be returning.

Ordered the Classic Cheddar single pate burger and cheesy fries with bacon. The burger is in a brioche bun. The burger and fries were very nice, no complaints at all. It's definitely worth a visit. Also, I had a malt vanilla shake, which is also very nice.
