Brother Brunos Pizza

We were customers of Brother Bruno's for many, many years. Since they opened. But they changed hands just before the pandemic and we didn't know. I called and ordered a couple of pizzas on a busy night (we own our own business) and was a bit surprised to not see our regular guys working behind the counter. I was busy and didn't think much of it until we bit into the pizza. This is definitely not the quality or flavor of the old Brother Bruno's. Maybe it was the dough was made differently, it definitely had something to do with the sauce though. Tasted more like a jarred marinara sauce than pizza sauce. I can't say anything about the service or contact - they were efficient and polite. I can't speak for the entrees. But the pizza was not good.

pizza was awful. crust so thin it couldn't hold the abundance amount of hot sauce. I thought nothing could be worse than Ellios. gentleman behind the counter making pies and handling food was very nice well mannered but no mask. the woman on the register also handling food had long hair all over not pulled back.
