I love cactus it is a place of Boba dreams, not only amazing drink wise but the food is absolutely gorgeous.
I had a crab onigiri and it was absolutely amazing.
Can't wait to go again.

We had a lovely experience ordering from Cactus this week, both food and drink were great, and the staff were really friendly and helped us to navigate the menu and pick something real tasty! We were served by Nadya, who put us at ease immediately, and was super friendly and helpful, will definitely be returning :)

My favourite place to eat in Chester! I order from cactus quite frequently, their food is delicious and fresh and they are always so accommodating. They have such a huge range of food and always adding new things to the menu. The drinks also have different sugar and milk options which is great for people with different needs. I’m a frequent a customer in person and by delivery and they have never ever made a mistake. I have included a selection of food I’ve eaten over the past few years- my favourites are the tofu steak, the katsu prawn and avocado uramaki and the katsu chicken ramen. They recently added Japanese cheesecake which is unbelievable (shown in pics) and hard to find in Chester so I would definitely recommend it! It’s really such delicious food and they have something for everyone which I love

It looks unassuming at first but they serve delicious food and items are very reasonably priced in the centre of Chester. The staff are super friendly and lovely. It should be one of those ‘to visit’ experiences when you are in Chester.

Been going to Cactus regularly for bubble tea and sushi/onigiri since we moved to Chester few years ago. Recommend the Ukiyo milk tea and Lychee black tea. Usually walk in to store which is much cheaper than delivery. Great customer service, all the staff are very friendly, especially Karina.

Came across this place whilst holidaying in Chester. Such a little gem!
The donburis are on another level to the ones we've tried at other Japanese restaurants. We bought the don of the day three days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Generous helpings of rice and toppings.
On Wednesday and Thursday, we bought the meal deal -don of the day + drink £9.50 to try the bubble tea. The bubble tea was delicious, the best we have tried and not as sweet as others we have tried.

After coming to try bubble tea for the first time I’ve been hooked.
So tasty, staff are super friendly and make sure you enjoy your drink. Nadia has recommended multiple different drinks and food, all of which have been amazing.
Amazing knowledge of the regulars and you can tell she enjoys her job.
Been here literally everyday this week, couldn’t recommend this little gem of Chester higher.
