Viviano's Festa Italiano

I don't understand why it is so hard to get an order right; it must simply be people just don't care anymore... Ordered the Chicken Alfredo, was very clear on requesting no mushrooms. Instead, it's loaded with mushrooms! The cheese garlic bread was gross; the cheese tasted like plastic. I understand a lot of restaurants have had to make adjustments this year that don't rely on take-out. With that being said, it was extremely frustrating to try and eat a thick pasta dish with the smallest, flimsiest plastic forks available. The pasta was ok; nothing special. Mushrooms out numbers chicken 3:1 which was not good since I asked for no mushrooms.
