Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I just had to change my rating because I was just treated very rudely here. I had asked to substitute an extra piece of bread instead of slaw, but I was given slaw and no extra bread. I went back around to correct it and the lower staff were helpful, but the manager was very rude and shooed me away. I also never got the extra canes sauces I paid for. The helpful staff and the food saved this from a one star.

We drive through this location weekly. Mostly our experience is good, but twice in the last 3 weeks I’ve ordered the sandwich plain (with no sauce and no lettuce). After driving several miles home to eat, I opened the box to find a sandwich with lettuce, drenched in sauce. It’s too far from my home to drive back, and frankly not worth that effort anyway. But for the price, I expect to get what I order. The staff members taking my orders confirmed BOTH times that I ordered plain. My receipts confirm I ordered plain. Someone needs to crack down on the line cooks to ensure they are filling orders properly. We will keep trying, but will never leave the drive through again without checking our food. Seems to me that is YOUR job, not mine.

It’s only receiving 2 stars because I like the food. The cashier rushed us out the window even when I waited to ask for an extra cane sauce, he mentioned that the meal came with 1 sauce but there was 2, however there was only 1 in the bag. I asked for Half n half ( sweet tea and lemonade ) but the drink tasted like iced tea no sugar. Definitely wouldn’t return to this location.!
