Going to this Starbucks is a total mess. The driveway is way too small causing massive traffic. I parked in a different parking lot and walked over. I ordered a drink with almond milk, and was instead given oat milk, which I have an allergy too. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I had finished my drink and noticed I didn’t feel right, and saw on the side of the cup “oat milk.” 😩 So, guess I’ll be spending my Saturday evening sick with stomach cramps. Thanks.

1. When you order a $7 grande and they fill your cup halfway.. every time!! absolutely infuriating.
2. When you happily say it’s your birthday for your free drink and the negative Nancy replies “so?” and throws up her hands.. enough to ruin anyones day.
I try being patient with this Starbucks but they don’t deserve the service they get from customers

Seriously, I could get a coffee cheaper at tim Hortons, anywhere. BUT these employees are the best and I don't mind paying extra for a good experience. Also. A note on my coffee saying ,"have a good day" keep up the good work!

What is the point of offering order ahead mobile orders on the app when I have to be stuck waiting in the drive thru line to eventually grab it? Whoever designed this locations needs to be fired.

Slowest Starbucks Iv ever been to! Every single time ! Not worth waiting 30 min for a drink . Will never go here again. This happends every time I come here. Then u get stuck in parking lot and get out because of the way they have it set up.

I’m not a fan of this drive thru layout.
Today, their espresso machine is broken and I came to the drive thru to buy a Peppermint Mocha. I was STUCK for 30 minutes in their drive thru because they don’t have a second lane where you can easily leave.
Improve your drive thru layout.
The parking here is also awful as well.
I would recommend that they shut down this Starbucks and build a bigger location.

Usually i am a big fan of this location, that’s why my rating is still mid level, but today when ordering a venti it was all foam. This photo was before i even took a sip, very disappointing.
