Usually love this Starbucks location and been coming here for years but I hate it that they now have a person standing out side to take my order instead of letting me pull to the speaker as I can’t see a menu! Please stop doing this. I don’t feel like it is saving any time.

I payed for a large and I got the smallest size
and I am really mar I have 3 kids and they were really hoping to all drink the same drink and have a fair share but they all got a very small amount

Always order ahead on the App and pick up later. Usually order can be ready in a timely manner, but if they are busy, may need to wait 10 extra minutes.

Caleb's customer service is outstanding!! Who wants to be up at 5:30am for work on a Saturday? But he had such an energetic, welcoming attitude and extremely friendly. He asked me about my morning and what I was up to, etc. I can't say enough how his attitude was great and just that would bring me back. Drink and food was good too.

Starbucks you should close the walking in people at the store if you can't handle the service with your new system where you prioritize the drive trough line so who walking in has to wait 20 min to get a drink and the drive trough 10 minutes. I understand the whole picture, you don't wanna people come in so polite way you let the people wait longer so they eventually move on drove trough.

Signage does not help. You access the store from the back, but there is no signage to help ID the store. You can easily miss it.

I haven’t been to a Starbucks more perfect than this. We were passing by desperate for a cup of coffee early in the morning, and decided to go to the drive through. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful with super fast service. The drinks were perfect. I was blown out of my seat by how amazing the service had been at this place. Wish I lived closer, I would be here every day. Thank you!!!
