Probably the best of the pubs we visited in Cockermouth. Nice looking place inside and out. Good service at the bar and a relaxed atmosphere. Music was playing and some sport was on the box but could easily be avoided if not interested in it. Would recommend popping in for a drink.
Friendly staff, friendly people, great beer garden, dog friendly, great selection of real ales on hand pull, reasonably priced drinks .... what's not to like about the place 👍
Regularly pop in with family for a couple of drinks. Best pub in Cockermouth by far. Great choice of drinks, soft drinks and coffees, teas etc and always spotless. Good for watching sport and attracts a good crowd of regulars. Recommend
