What a wonderful tea room, from breakfast to afternoon tea and cake, we loved this Cafe, vintage in style of house, and the cakes and breakfast were fabulous, the ladies were so friendly, even when I lost my Hubby 🤣 who I was to meet there on our hols, (it's a long story), we even took scones back home for family on our last day of the holiday , if you sit and enjoy a cup of warmth, you will find all the locals enjoying a chat and a cake a breakfast, that speaks volumes X ☺️🥰😘

Food & presentation great but lost on service when after asking for extra jam for a cream scone the waitress came back with an “updated” bill adding another 50p, felt this rather mean & lacking good will.

Went for lunch today, chicken & leak pie with jacket potatoe & salad , fantastic. All meals were great!! The service was great also. Thanks , hopefully we will be back

Lovely cafe/coffee shop with very friendly staff and delicious home cooked meals. Perfect for light lunches or something a bit more. I'm usually a bit fussy but I've been here a couple of times and really enjoyed it.

The tearoom was found and enjoyed, good value for money, great food, lovely ombiance, and lovely ladies running this lovely place. I can highly recommend. I visited for the first time last month while on a coaching holiday of The Lake District staying in St Bees. From Jackie C
