If they had the same batista all the time (a young man with a beard) then I would rate it 5 stars but he seems be the only one that can make a consistently perfect cup of coffee

Food yummy nice biscoff cheesecake and green tea for two clean tidy plenty of space in big retail park during shopping trip in Colchester staff very friendly and polite nice relaxed atmosphere

A good Costa Coffee. Generally, drinks have been served quickly. Sometimes it is busy and it isn't as productive as it could be. I recently brought an iced drink here and was given good service and spoke to a lovely woman who served me.

Great Flat White. Makes me wonder why different Costas aren't consistent? For example Tollgate Costa make a better flat white than Clacton shopping Village and the Coster in Waterglade Park? Love M& S food and excited to see salads.

I have been to better Costa, I thought the day I went there the member of staff doing the coffee didn't care. The coffee cup they was using has seen better days and with the dirty cloths on show to the public and using them to clean. Will not rush back.
