Had a great evening at the coffee shop.... They hold a regular comedians night on a Wednesday. A licensed bar and food available. A compere plus 3 comendians (each doing a 20 mins stint...£6.50 per person, excellent value. In a cosy atmosphere and very close up to the artists...great evening..have already booked up for the next one...3rd April.

Love this place. Ive been coming here for over a year now and still enjoy it as much as my first visit. It's great for a relaxing coffee (caramel latte my fave) and a bite to eat, also including a vegan selection as well. A big plus is the ample plug and USB ports, complete with complimentary WiFi and always plenty of bandwidth available. The staff are brilliant and always go that extra mile for their customers, including offering a loyalty card for the more regular visitor. 10/10 Highly Recommended 😊👍

Nice sized coffee shop. Clean. Comfortable tables and chairs. We were made to feel welcome and it was a nice relaxed atmosphere. There are a good selection of cakes and also teas and coffees. I opted for a jaffa cake thick shake with extra whipped cream. It was great. I also liked that proper cream was used rather than the squirty stuff from a can. Also ordered a panini which was nice. They would have got 5 stars if there had been a little salad garnish maybe to accompany the panini toastie etc and the option to have chips/jacket potato. However the things on the menu were all good. There is one toilet for men women disabled and also baby change so I imagine there can be a bit of a queue if it's busy. I'm not sure how disabled people would get in either as there is quite a large step to get in and no ramp. Would definitely use again
