Domino's Pizza

In my families opinion, Domino's was the better place for take out pizza here in Cranbrook. In the past 6 months we have noticed a huge negative change. I don't know if it has become "hit and miss" or if something else is happening. We always order online through the app and pick it up. We now have to open the boxes to make sure they contain what we have ordered before driving away. We have had wrong toppings numerous times. Our dipping sauces for wing orders are never included and our last order we could not eat the expensive gluten free pizza. Half the pizza was burnt and the entire pizza was like eating shoe leather. I am tired of complaining to them. They are good at giving you free pizzas to compensate but that does not help the night that you have ordered. By the time you re-order and drive all the way there again and back home your dinner is now almost an hour and a half late. We will be looking elsewhere for pizza from now on.

The pizza was fantastic, but the cashier was dodgy and dishonest. They had a half-price promotion running and he tried unsuccessfully to charge full price. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag so I don't have a name. My wife wanted me to put one star, but as I said before the gluten-free pizza was fantastic.

Long time customer that had a bad experience recently. Pizzas came uncut and missing a topping. Spoke with a rude lady about the problems with my order and no solutions or apology was offered. She even told me they were out of that topping but never bothered to contact us. She also asked me "How she was supposed to cut my pizzas from there?". I finally asked to speak with a manager and imagine my surprise to find that apparently I already was. Only after I said I would be going online and reaching out to Domino's corporate did she offer to remake the pizzas. I told her not to bother, no one wanted to wait another hour for food. For the record... An apology, a refund for the price of the missing topping and an acknowledgement that calling a customer to let them known something wasn't available would have satisfied this customer. Now I will just go to one of the 4 other pizza places in Cranbrook and have a better experience.

Before you question 5 stars, it's not for the amazing pizza. It's for the cheerful and friendly care and consistent work the staff puts into their jobs. The pizza is always fast, never burned/slopped inside the box/all the toppings in a pile, or any of the issues I've had at Domino's in other cities. It's rare to get quality work from part-time fast food employees, but these folks are awesome.
