The lounge to our self-catering had a most welcomed Christmas tree with lights, garland and baubles. The inside of the hotel was festive. What a great place to begin the month of December if you go to watch the Cromer shows. Reception at helpful and friendly. Nice to have staff that enjoy their employment.

We loved our room decor and it was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and topped off with Mrs Gravelings home made marmalade which is better than any other we have tasted. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Thank you all, we enjoyed our little break and will be back soon.
