Wendy’s is my go to fast food burger. Patties were juicy and never dry. The chili cheese fries were on point as well. My only complain is the spicy nuggets which taste very similar to grocery bought nuggets. Maybe it is not Wendy’s speciality. But otherwise the experience was still excellent.
The croydon store is very spacious and the crew were very nice and helpful.
Popped in today and found it empty, I ordered and food was ready in minutes. Whilst this could suggest the food sat waiting, found everything tasted fresh even the salad. Good choice of meals so will be back to try the other burgers and soft drinks.
This was my first visit to this fast food restaurant, it is very much like its rival restaurant beginning with B in cost. I used one of the touchscreens to place my order, so I went to the collection counter to wait for my order. When my number was called, I was given my food in a bag and an empty cup for my drink. And a rather feeble greeting from the member of staff serving me, so I asked her about the empty cup and she pointed out a machine where you serve yourself your choice of soft drinks. Apart from the service it's not a bad place.
Wendy's is different from other hamburger restaurants. Its hamburgers, apart from being squared, are extremely delicious. My wife asked the Baconator which, according to its name, is loaded with a lot of bacon, and I asked the Dave's triple to which I added bacon in order to make the perfect meal. I also ordered a chilli cheese baked potato which is also exquisite and tasty.
In conclusion, a restaurant that has a similar quality like Five Guys but much more cheaper than it.
Staff at Croydon restaurant is also very helpful and nice. They help customers to choose and make their best hamburger.
I recommend it.

Now judging the food on the usa restaurant's I exactly found it pretty good!
Tasty burgers, delicious bacon and excellent fries, finished off with a chocolate frosty!!
Downside service is not the quickest considering it was empty, construction of my burger wasn't the greatest and them paper straws are useless with a frosty milkshakes!! but all in all a happy customer and shall return.
I have been waiting for google to ask me to make this review. A few friends had bigged up Wendy's so I wanted to give it a try. The expectation was high and they exceeded all of mine! I tried the beef burger and the chicken burger. The beef texture felt processed but the flavour was exceptional. The chicken was really good quality and again the taste, brilliant. I think the price was really reasonable. It was quiet so the service was quick. I will be back again, although I hope they open more restaurants in London so I don't have to travel as far!
The shop was up to part and clean. You can tell that they care about the hygiene of the shop. The staff were very lovely and kind and just looked happy to be there. My order came quick and tasted GOOD. Better then popeyes and a lot of other shops I’ve tried.
First visit to Wendy's and was impressed by the fast, efficient service. I love having the option to use the order screen, so I can see what I'm getting. Tasty burger which I added guacamole to, which I love. Just took one star off atmosphere as the toilet facilities weren't great that day (blocked) and tables/bins could have been cleaner...plus I couldn't see any ketchup dispensers, even though the little cups for it were laid out. I wouldn't let that put me off visiting again though.
The shop was very clean, and the staff were lovely. I ordered my food and received it within minutes. It was a lovely experience. All the staff were very kind and very quick. Lovely shop. BEST FOOD SHOP IN CROYDON!!!!
Expensive for burgers and chips but the quality and quantity is worth the value. I removed a star because they forgot our sauces that we had ordered.
The freestyle machine is ok but it would be better if they had full sugar options for all the flavours.
My partner enjoyed the vanilla frosty but would like it if they did a strawberry one.
All in all they serve really tasty food and we'll definitely be back again!
