Friendly service and fresh coffee! I stopped by on Wednesday 2/9/22 for Complementary Coffee Wednesday, but the app wasn't working so I paid. The young woman I spoke to said I could return later in the week for a complimentary cup.
Today when I returned, Michaela and Amara provided great service, a freshly made cup of coffee, and a free donut for the earlier inconvenience. An overall pleasant experience. Thank you ladies!

Never walk into this Dunkin Donuts after two in the morning. Was treated like lepers then on top of the whole fiasco was threatened with false accusations to Dartmouth Police. A little reminder that we as a culture do not belong in Dartmouth after hours 🤦♂️…

Tonight I got a medium iced caramel regular and everything was fine with it until I finished the drink. I do have a habit of eating the ice so I was doing that. After eating a few pieces I saw something dark in my cup. I took a closer look and I realized it was a dead fly. I was extremely disgusted. How does someone let a fly get in a coffee?

Maybe if people could learn to get a simple coffee right they would be worth more money an hour but the employees at this Dunkin have no clue what they are doing. Figure out how to do your job correctly before you think you are worth $15 an hour

There a A LOT of other Dunkins. Just go to a different one. It’s not rocket science to put Boston Cream doughnuts in a bag with the wax paper so this doesn’t happen, but apparently it’s beyond them.

I stopped getting food there because they never toast my food correctly it's either burnt or not toasted at all. And they precook hash browns and let them sit until sold and they end up tasting stale or just cold and fall apart. Great coffee and service but awful food making skills.

2 star on the food maybe even 1. Food always comes out awful. Burnt my sandwhich yet again. If I was a worker I'd be embarrassed to say i made that for someone to eat. If I was a manager I would make my employees remake or get fired if your that lazy. The day before I got an awful bagel it tasted like play dough and onion yet it was a cinnamon raisin. The coffee is always on point and I love the staff. But the food is so awful nobody cares about presentation no more.
