Booked a table for a Sunday lunchtime for my wife and I, with our 4 month old daughter. The staff were extremely welcoming, accommodating and caring, making sure we had space for the pram too! The food was extremely tasty and genuinely could not be faulted in any way shape or form. Elegant and fancy dining in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

Had very tasty meal here, food was very good! Did not realise that they had second floor in the restaurant as well! Friendly staff, only downside was that being seated upstairs, all people left early and we were only people left upstairs and seems like staff sort of forgot about us. But overall good experience and tasty food, would like seat next time downstairs. Would go back again.
I have visited this beautiful little restaurant many, many times to date. It may be the only restaurant I’ve ever been to where each visit provides the same high standard each time. The staff are extremely friendly, and diligent, and the meals are delicious, the way that only genuine, honest, hearty, home-cooked food can be. Which is a real treasure to have nearby. The Sunday lunches are a major highlight of our weekend. We make sure to take all visitors here to show off Deal!
The Roast beef is always cooked to perfection, and if I could take home a pint of the gravy to drink at leisure I surely would. Victuals provide the most delicious menu in Deal if you love hearty roast dinners, and as I said earlier, I have never ever been disappointed.
Victuals also offers a superb wine menu, which includes a huge range of delights from Kent vineries. Keep doing what you’re doing, the best in Deal without a doubt!!
I’ve worked in the wine industry for many years, and I’ve been lucky enough to go to some of the top restaurants. This little gem is definitely on my list of places to visit.
Everything about the place is perfect. Excellent staff, atmosphere, fantastic food and great wine. All at a very reasonable price.
We shall be making another trip from London to visit again.

Really welcoming went for a joint 40th 3 of us. Staff very friendly great service lovely food. Definitely recommend a visit the restaurant has lots of very quirky art very interesting.

This restaurant is tucked away in a lovely little street. They have a small menu, which I think is perfect as it means making a choice doesn't give you a headache and they know how to cook the food well. The food was so tasty, I'll happily go back next time we holiday in Deal. And the waitress serving us was very friendly and professional.
I can not recommend this gorgeous place enough! First visit on Friday, my birthday, and we had the best night ever. Robert looked after us so well as did everyone else. My dinner was unbelievable good, cauliflower tastic! Sorry we missed dessert due to birthday cake BUT I'm coming back... Thank you so much x
A great restaurant to go to both as a visitor to Deal as well as local. Great menu for choice of food, beautifully cooked with a great selection of wine. Great staff, very helpful and attentive when needed - would highly recommend.
Delicious food, well cooked and beautifully presented with real style and flavour. Really friendly staff, good ambiance, great wine, we enjoyed two courses and shared a cheeseboard and we couldn't fault anything. Our evening at Victuals & Co was special and if we return to Deal for another weekend sometime we will definitely return. Thanks to the everyone in the team!
Delightful tasting food, excellent use of flavours and all well presented. Prices are on par with the other top restaurants in Deal. Staff friendly and polite but the service was a little bit disjointed. I appreciate that restaurants have limited staff at the moment but there Is also a limited menu and diners. Still would use again.
