The place was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful........ the food well what can I say absolutely fantastic.
Thank you Lauren and all your staff for making our WI Christmas dinner very enjoyable. The food and the service was excellent, which for 36 of us could not have been an easy task.
The course has now matured nicely.

A beautiful meal in amazing surroundings. Didn't even know this place was on my doorstep, definitely worth a visit rain or shine for the beautiful countryside and food. Personally I am not a golfer but I imagine if you are, its fantastic for that too as we had a walk round the course (around the edges of one side anyway as didn't want to disturb) and it is so pretty. We have booked in again already for Sunday lunch 8-D
We had mains and desserts, didn't do starters as we are pudding people, the cheesecake yummy, my partner had a slice of the homemade carrot cake which he said was great too. I had one of the hanging kebabs, meat was cooked perfectly and the flavour was immense, the sides were very generous. My partner had the homemade pie which he said was gorgeous and it was full of meat, definitely not scrimped on that! Kids were boring kids and opted for kids southern chicken and we were pleasantly surprised with that to be fair, not sure how you make chicken nuggets and chips look posh but they did haha. Kids wolfed it down but i did steal a piece and would recommend the adults version of southern fried chicken to you too because it was so flavoured and not too spicy. Overall a sold 9.5/10 from us, can't give it a perfect score as we haven't tried the starters yet although if they follow suit, i dont think we would be let down. Honestly can't recommend enough for such a hidden gem!!
Had a great time at a friend's 40th Birthday party here recently. Easy access from the main road with plenty of parking spaces out front. Function room was lovely, will set out and clean and bar service was really quick and friendly (steins and definitely the future). Toilets were lovely and clean and modern. Recommended if you are having a function and need a decent room to have it in with amenities nearby.

I'm not a golfer but will go again for the lovely dining area and quality food.
The staff were great and we were allowed our guide dog puppy to be there.

Great day out. Good food and great staff. Looked after us for our charity fund raising event.
Lovely friendly staff, table was set very nicely with hand sanerticer on each table, food cooked perfectly and very tasty.
Only thing I'd say was the calamari should of been cut thicker was very thin.
Played today with the seniors great course brilliant clubhouse and really enjoyed meeting the two lads we played against
