Had a great meal tonight. Fairly busy but was well looked after and service was quick. Would be happy to eat there again. Thanks.
Just had a lovely meal at the Lotus, the food was delicious and the staff are really pleasant . Also I would like to point out if anyone read the review about the parking fine it’s nonsense you park up and give the restaurant your registration no problem at all , will be going again

This place is a wee gem. A few mins walk from the holiday Inn. We arrived, no booking and were easily seated.
Great waiters, really intune with their customers.
The food was unbelievable! Truly! Such tasty food, didn't rate the peshwari naan, definitely could have done with more filing. But the rice, curry, sag aloo *chefs kiss*

Great kebabs to start, followed Lamb shank, not seen this before, but, wow, what a great choice.

Had a lovely meal here tonight with the hubby. I has chicken saag, hubby had Lotus special. Starters and extras also ordered. No complaints. Service was great, Hussain introduced himself, and was interested where we came from. We've not been for some years so thought we'd give it a try. Would recommend and will be visiting again ourselves.
Stopped for coffee and a scone, very filling scone, lovely to sit outside and enjoy the late sunshine enjoying the peaceful surroundings. It's a small cafe attached to a walled garden, food looks home made and fresh
A really nice Roshni Mushroom as a starter, in Garlic and coriander (I'll be popular!) followed by, Duck Bahari, which was quite spicy but not too hot, maybe I should have tried the the Ze Zaal, all washed down with a couple of pints of Cobra. Good service and good food although the resturant was not that busy for a Saturday evening.
