Hardee's

Let me preface this by saying, every Hardee's I have ever been to has disappointed me and I haven't been to my hometown Hardee's in years. But this Dover location is amazing. Very well run, the manager is very visible and checks up on the patrons. Food is done very quick and tastes good too. This is the only Hardee's I'll go to.

Bad experience because of unprofessional staff. Took a long time to get food and when the girl had to bring the order outside she acted like it was the end of the world. Didn't even give a receipt. I had to go inside to get it. Horrible attitude from an organization that I in the food service industry. Maybe that female counter needs to find another job because not many people will take an attitude from her. I'm being nice because I really want to use another word for her. Fyi she has glasses and worked the morning shift. Pathetic

I wont eat there again. Staff is unprofessional and the young lady was by fry station dropped the tongs on floor looked at me and had the audacity to hang them bck up. They should of been washed immediately or placed in sanitizer. I work the food industry so know. Outside conversation and profanity should be at an minum i understand thats the time we live in but we have to do better far as businesses

Don't go to this place at all! They never get my order right. One time they gave me my food and not me drink and this time they just completely gave me the wrong order. It's a shame because I love Hardees but this location isn't interested in giving good service. Might explain why most of the time their drive thru is empty.

I don't often eat at Hardy's but I do like that I can get a Burger wrapped in lettuce. I ordered that and ended up being given a Burger in a bun. Some poor soul got my Burger wrapped in lettuce and is probably still confused. However when I went back in they were very kind and apologetic and gave me what I had asked for as well as free French fries. Overall their burgers are really one of the best fast food burgers you can get.
