Went to this location to get gas and cash in on some rewards points for some chicken. I went to the checkout and scanned my receipt and went on to scan my rewards redemption, then the self checkout machine froze up. No big deal, I’ll have an employee help, right? Wrong. She went on to attempt to fix the machine while swearing profusely at it and seeming to have a nervous breakdown. She said she could call her manager but didn’t want to, but that sounds like a whole lot of workplace drama or just improper training practices that are being swept under the rug. Anyways, she went on to spend the next 20 minutes helping other customers while ignoring me and even going as far as yelling at a customer to say “you want cigarettes? We sell cigarettes. What do you want?”. After 20 minutes the other employee comes over and tells me to ring up another order so they can scan the receipt again, which was the first suggestion I had offered 20 minutes prior. Finally after 25 minutes I was properly checked out with my rewards points redeemed and cold chicken in hand. An offer for some extra food or a discount as compensation for wasting my time would have been nice. This place definitely needs some better employee training. Worst experience I’ve ever had while purchasing food.

We visited this store (store 110) yesterday for lunch. We were getting food for our team of 16 people. We ordered family style chicken on the bone as well as tenders, potato wedges and biscuits. Even though, we walked up and ordered the manager and staff were very happy to accommodate us. We are very happy with the service we received and expect to visit again. Thank you

If I could give it no stars most definitely would. Got all the way home to find my ham and provolone sandwich the ham was literally old probably left out for a while and slimy, it had an awful smell to it. I ordered a mac and cheese and it was literally exploding out the side when they handed it to me. The time made was 6:25am. When I refused to take the mac and cheese they tried to force it on me saying I had to take it. I normally don't complain but worst customer service I've experienced. Also wrote to corporate and complained.

I literally just left there. The one lady was cleaning out the place where the chicken is made that's fine no prob but her attitude was like I shouldn't even came over there. And the cashier was kind of snippy too. Hey if you didn't want to work today you should of called off I'm tired just like you ladies. SMH I'll try day time

9/6/19 around 9:15 am i ordered a breakfast burger from the menu i didnt add any thing to it or take any thing off of it. When the lady gave it to me she said just waiting on the hashbrown. Witch is supposed to be on the sandwitch but i didnt think much of it at the time i started heading to work and opened my sandwich realized she didnt even put the hamburger paddy on it. If your going to charge $6.00 for a breakfast sandwitch your employees should at leat be trained on how to put it together. I was very unhappy with my service this morning
