Tgi Fridays

It has been a while since I had been to a TGI Friday's... I feel that overall, TGI Friday's in general, is starting to falter. And that includes this location. The quality was not what I had expected. Our food seemed a little too greasy and the salad wasn't chopped very well. Plus the kids menu was pretty weak. The floor also seem like it could really use a massive deep clean (old tile floor).

The customer service is always great I work with grubhub and doordash and the manager at this location is very much appreciated in making my job go smoothly and quickly and through enough all the staff is busy and not ignorant as many places are with orders and bringing drinks to the table, The captain's boil is a personal favorite in the shrimp that is online delivery only and one of the many virtual restaurants starting now which I see as a great economic opportunity to fill off times in buisness with short listed menus and ingredients on hand to keep kitchens busy and margins for employment.

I waited 15 minutes for my curbside order to come out before finally going in. Once inside I waited 3 minutes before someone greeted me despite seeing 3 servers working 5 tables. The young lady went to the kitchen twice before finding my order. There were numerous other customers awaiting curbside pick-up orders longer than me. Customer service is on the decline at this location & it's time to give the competition a chance to earn my business.
