M&s Cafe

Live close by and came in here with my 9 year old daughter who wanted a bra and swimsuit for her holidays. We looked around for while until we asked for some help. She walked out properly fitted, very happy and with both items. Special mention to Meg who was fantastic. She helped my daughter with getting the exact right size, supported and advised her really well. So pleased she was there that day as I didn’t have a clue and my daughter listened very carefully to everything she said. A cut above the normal in terms of service, going the extra mile for the customer and I am so grateful for all Megs help on Monday. Thank you Meg. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this excellent service to any other parents needing the same help and advice.

What I expected to be an ordinary visit to M&S ended up being a pleasant experience due to the customer service shown by ‘The A Team’. Kat turned a situation around unexpectedly, without going in to too much detail some wine I’d chosen was incorrectly priced on the shelf. Kat worked with Diane to ensure my purchase was what I expected in a friendly and efficient manner, cheers ladies very much appreciated 🥂

My most recent visit was on Mon 31.08.20 Decided to grab a very late breakfast in the cafe (approx 11am) and received a very friendly welcome from a gentleman called Andrew. My children decided they wanted an early lunch and chose the kids meal / 4 items each. They thoroughly enjoyed their meal food. The fruit available looked perfect - really fresh. I got the nicest cuppa I've had in a long time (M&S Gold Blend according to my receipt) and a delicious toasted teacake. The store and cafe were both very clean and tidy (cafe tables were free of uncollected dishes etc.) which all together made for a very pleasant visit.
