On a delightful Sunday afternoon, I decided to swing by this establishment and utilize their convenient Drive-Thru service. Opting for a seamless experience, I placed my order through their user-friendly mobile app, with the memorable order number RV46. Despite the seemingly endless queue, my wait turned out to be pleasantly brief, a testament to their efficient service.
Anticipation heightened as I eagerly received my order, and I must say, I was not disappointed. The order arrived in impeccable accordance with my expectations. A standout was the refreshingly cold Coke Zero, generously adorned with ice cubes, a refreshing touch for a warm day. The meticulous attention to detail extended to the condiments as well – ketchup and napkins were thoughtfully included, a small yet significant touch that added to the positive experience.
However, while most of the experience earned high marks, a couple of aspects kept it from achieving perfection. The French fries, though deliciously crispy, leaned towards the shorter side. While I recognize that some patrons appreciate this texture, I hold McDonald's to a standard of providing the longer and softer variety, which I've come to expect and cherish.
Furthermore, the challenge of finding a suitable parking space cast a minor shadow over the overall experience. Despite maps indicating a lack of busyness, the reality was a cramped car park that barely accommodated the vehicles of eager customers. Navigating through the tight spaces, I circled the vicinity in search of a suitable spot, a task that took some patience. Eventually, I managed to secure a parking space after a few laps around the restaurant.
In summary, my visit to this establishment on a sunny Sunday was marked by positives such as swift service, meticulous attention to order details, and a refreshing Coke Zero. While the crispy French fries and the congested car park tempered the experience, they were not enough to completely overshadow the overall satisfaction. My rating of 4 stars reflects these ups and downs, leaving room for a touch of improvement while acknowledging the highlights of the visit.
The day was grim, and as the drizzle covered my bestfriend’s car’s windshield i couldnt help but wonder: is this what life is about? cheeseburgers, chips, medium sized cokes… is this what capitalism is about? or is it about the connection between customers and service people? ashden and i made a connection almsot immediatly. Day made. His service was 11/10.
Upon pulling up to stall 4… we were greated by our food. Amazing and delectable. Perfect for a grim durham day. Despite missing cheeseburgers my companion swiftly entered Mcdonalds… secured the bag (cheeseburgers) and brought the biggest present of all … 2 pots of ketchup. Alhamdullilah.
Thank you ,

We come here regularly but today we decided to eat in and overheard a few exchanges with staff and customers. We both couldn't help but notice that the staff were above and beyond helpful. They just seemed to go the extra mile.
In the past we've had the odd issue with orders on the self serve and again the staff jump into action putting things right.
Probably best customer service of ANY other McDonald's I've ever been to
