Lovely members of staff. Customer service employee Alex ran round the car park whilst I struggled with a baby and an energetic 5 year old in order to find me a baby trolley as there were none at the entrance. Such a super star!! Thank you
I have been taking my grandson here since he was 1 years old, 10 years later it is still known as the 'Dinosaur Shop'. I don't buy a lot of food there anymore but we do visit fairly often.
My favourite store. Helpful friendly staff. Clear layout. Usually well stocked and plenty of parking. Clean and well presented. Toilets are clean too
Ways love taking Mum to this store. Always in-house mobility scooters available and working locally big store. You love to explore. Caring for someone with Dementia is very challenging at times. The staff are very friendly and polite. Always happy to help us to get our shopping safely to our car. They help us by taking scooter back in store. Always feel disabilities matter in Sainsburys Eastbourne thankyou it means so much to us 👌🏻
Went in to look at Tu clothing . Luckily found exactly what I'd seen online in the sale and bought it. Parking is ok but gaps between cars is very small. I tend to park far away to prevent damage to my car.
Good store with pleasant staff. Needs to pay more attention to fronting up the shelves.

The best thing about this sainsbury, and waitrose in eastbourne is that, eastbourne being largely a working class (common bunch) town everyone shops in the large tescos and Asda. Those places are always heaving. Sainsburys isn't. It is usually a quiet and peaceful shop.
We do only do shopping here when we need something specific or are close to it, as its too expensive to do a weekly shop. Store is always clean, and fairly well stocked, not always enough staff around for advice or help though. Could do with being offered better deals and reductions through Nectar card, maybe that way we would shop with Sainsbury’s more often.
It was only a "top-up" visit, but l got what l.wanted, and more. I wish they had more tills open for customers like me who do not like using the "self service" machines.
Needs a bit of a refresh, as quite dark inside, however, good range of products and usually what I need is readily available.
