Another great proper pub in Eastbourne. Fairly quiet on Friday (18/11/22) but made to feel very welcome by the fabulous bar lady. Chris the DJ would play anything we asked for and then the karaoke started.....Still , it was a great laugh and we stayed till last orders.....
Top night, many thanks Kings Arms !
Friendly, probably alternative pub with a friendly & efficient barperson, she was lovely & the DJ, Chris, playing a right old mixture of music & requests.
Beautiful old listed building with a real fire burning away in a gorgeous fireplace.
Outside space to the front.
We were made to feel very welcome as first time visitors on Friday 18/11/22.
I hope the landlady had aa fab birthday yesterday.
Proper spit and sawdust pub , but big screens with sports on. Two pound fifty Tuesday! Bargain.
All made better by lovely bar staff.
Love it very helpful and friendly great if u r in the LGBTQ and trans .I'm trans and they r great . really worth a visit and dog friendly to 💜💙💜💙
Great night out. Really friendly people and staff. They had a fantastic show on that everyone really enjoyed. 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Interesting building, used to be a hotel. Good service
They did a charity event in aid of East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and put on a great show and entertainment.
Love the karaoke here with Paul on a Tuesday and Sunday evening. All pints are just £2.20 on a Tuesday evening and the mixture of people that attend makes it more enjoyable :-)
Had a chicken mayo sandwich.
Would have got 5 stars . But a bit of the bread was broke.
Next night. Sausage and sweet pickle.. perfect.
Sausage next day too ,predictable really.
Jackie the sandwich maker.
Well priced with a relaxed atmosphere, you are left to your own devices. Has 2 pool tables, a dart board and a vintage arcade machine in the back room.
