Nice little café located within the Welcome Building. Good choice of sandwiches, crisps, and cakes. Some seating upstairs but they also provide takeaway which was ideal as I was attending an event in the basement.

Been visiting now for a while, staff nice, best bit the real homemade cakes, best for me is the cherry 🍒 coffee cake and the price is good, let's hope they do not rise.
This is a quiet relaxing environment summer and winter.
Nice to have somewhere different than some of the over priced places near by.

Excellent place to come outside weather permitting is great views over the tennis courts of devonshire park. Very good service and part of the congress theatre and information centre for eastbourne.

Great food (Sandwiches on hot Foccacia, Flatbreads or Pannis, tasty sausage rolls and amazing fresh scones) with a friendly service.
Relaxing views over the Devonshire Park lawns nd grounds.
Terrace is dog friendly.
