Fantastic staff, happy to help when choosing flavours you've never had before. Lovely service and and the hot dog and dirty fries must be tried.

So pleased to see what a fantastic job the new owners are doing. The food was tasty but the service was amazing. They asked if a family with a young child wanted the sausage cut up into bite size pieces they asked if we wanted the sauce in the bottle or in pots to dip. The food was cooked fresh and the icecreams were lovely. Thank you.

Great prices, decent food and friendly staff. There's even a small selection of, very cheap, pocket money toys for the kids - ideal when you've forgotten a ball for a kickabout on the grass next to it.

Nice place for a pit stop whilst visiting the country park. Sells refreshments with some outdoor seating. Parking is free on the street outside or the car park is pay and display. On a weekend lots of motorbikes park at the pub across the road. The tea tasted nice.

Great service and a fabulous cup of tea and toasted tea cake! Cash only though, so bring your change. Boys loved the giant slushies for only £2!

Great little cafe , very clean and the staff are pleasant . The food is well prepared, The Bacon Batches are a must have . A visit is Highly Recommend .

Nice location on the waterfront. Chips were lovely and the ice cream is delicious, honeycomb flavour especially. Would recommend, staff really polite and friendly

I'm going to let you into a little secret ... I grew up not too far from here and used to spend my childhood playing in these woods and this building used to be toilets !! 😄... but don't let that put you off as it's a cracking little cafe ! Very handy and reasonably priced food and drink. I still visit quite often showing my youngest daughter where I grew up and we always visit this cafe 👍🏻
( for anyone that was wondering , where the lovely lady butters the bread is where the "number 2" section used to be ) 😂
