Max & Erma's

My wife and I were shopping at the nearby outlet mall and got hungry. We decided to try out this place and got what we expected - a decent meal. We decided on the loaded tater tots as an appetizer and she got the turkey Rachel with a Caesar salad while I got the rueben with a house salad. We then got the chocolate cake as dessert. The tots were okay. The toppings were plentiful, but they were almost overcooked. It happens. My wife said that her sandwich was good and the salad was decent, as it is hard to screw up a Caesar salad. My rueben was okay. It wasn't bad but it wasn't mind blowing. The chocolate cake was a huge portion and was delicious! Our server was the bartender and she was very attentive and personable. There were multiple tables that were sat in the bar and she was handling them with ease. Great job on her part! Overall, the service was great and the food was okay. If in the area again, we would probably be back.

There was 3 of us for lunch and we had never been to this particular restaurant! We we're greeted right away and seated! Our server showed up almost immediately and took our drink order and answered a few questions about the restaurant! Like what they serve, special of the day and soup of the day! Our drinks were brought back promptly and our order taken! Two of us ordered the clubhouse w/fries and the other one just had the chicken tenders! Our food came out piping hot and tasted very great! Our waitress checked on us regularly and everything was good! Price was reasonable and the place was clean, even the bathrooms!

Well I am out in Edinburge for work and though I would stop by this restaurant because I like it was close to my hotel I walked in stepped to the counter and waiting about 5 min before I finally sat down in the waiting area to be seated after about 5 more min a groups of 3 arrived and was seated with in a min or two even after the group was seated I waiting as waiter walked back and forth still not acknowledge I was even their I left with out anyone even acknowledging I was their and walked across the street to ruby Tuesdays and was seen seated and served with in minutes The photo was taken from my seat at ruby Tuesdays

Went in because it was RIGHT next to my hotel and we had already been to Montana Mikes 2x this week. Well that was a HUGE mistake. They had NO STRAWS or Togo cups. They never brought out our appetizer and so we decided we’d take the food back to the hotel.. so we can drink our drinks since we don’t drink out of restaurant glasses right with our mouths. And they never brought me lids for my ranch and they brought me a PINT container for my bowl of soup… there was NO WAY I could Eat my soup out of a pint back at my room. So, we realized that after they ran our card so we paid anyways and left everything and went to Montana Mikes anyways, which we should have just stuck to it anyways. Oh, and the picture I’m attaching is at Montana Mikes… they ACTUALLY HAVE STRAWS!! The SIMPLEST thing to have at a restaurant
